No Refund Policy
FluxRail operates on a no-refund policy. All payments made for subscriptions, credits, or services are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any of our plans or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
As a blockchain monitoring and webhook delivery service, FluxRail provides immediate access to real-time data and infrastructure resources upon subscription activation. Once you begin using our service, we incur costs for:
- Blockchain node access and monitoring
- Real-time event processing
- Webhook delivery infrastructure
- Data storage and retrieval
- API access and bandwidth
These resources are consumed immediately upon service activation, making refunds impractical.
Free Trial & Testing
We encourage all users to take advantage of our Free Plan to test our service before committing to a paid subscription. The Free Plan includes:
- Limited wallet monitoring
- Basic webhook functionality
- Access to testnet chains
- Full feature evaluation
This allows you to thoroughly evaluate FluxRail's capabilities before upgrading to a paid plan.
Cancellation Policy
While we don't offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time:
How to Cancel
- Log in to your FluxRail account
- Navigate to Dashboard โ Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- Immediate Effect: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No Future Charges: You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Access Retained: You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your billing period
- Data Preservation: Your account data, subscriptions, and webhooks are preserved
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the period ends.
Payment Method Management
You can disconnect or update your payment method at any time without canceling your subscription:
Update Payment Method
- Go to Dashboard โ Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Follow the secure payment portal instructions
Remove Payment Method
To remove your payment method entirely, you must first cancel your subscription. Once canceled:
- No future charges will be processed
- Your payment information can be safely removed
- You can continue using the service until the end of your billing period
Billing Disputes
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at:

We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate issues. However, please note that our no-refund policy still applies unless we determine there was a technical error on our part.
Service Interruptions
In the rare event of extended service interruptions caused by FluxRail:
- We will extend your subscription period to compensate for downtime
- Service credits may be issued for significant outages
- We will communicate proactively about any service issues
Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (blockchain networks, cloud infrastructure) are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Exceptions
The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Credit Purchases
Credits purchased for webhook notifications and API usage are:
- Non-refundable: Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- Non-expiring: Credits do not expire and remain in your account
- Account-bound: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be withdrawn as cash
Account Termination
If FluxRail terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- Access to the service will be immediately revoked
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms without refund or compensation.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional consumer rights that supersede this policy. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
